The reason why it does this, is the VERY humid and warm heat from outside meets the cooled air from the aircon system, hence the mist foggy inside the cabin.

I have experienced that while boarding 5J-476. But when the airconditioning were shutdown to start the engines, the fogginess were gone when it was restarted. I guess its quite normal when this happens, but really embarrassing for the airline. As for the boarding process, they just have to find a way to do it systematically, like passengers seated at the rear of the aircraft should be the 1st group to board, followed by those seated at the middle, and then last would be those seated up front.
Wow..Usok!!. its making me more excited to fly with cebu pacific.....
we rode 5J 477 to Bacolod and the smoke was only little....but during my international flight with SAUDIA Airlines. it was horrible.. halos uala ka nang makita..
Yes, it is normal condensation from the air conditioning system which is common in areas with very warm and humid conditions. However, experiencing this at this magnitude throughout the passenger boarding process while the aircraft is connected to the airport terminal's passenger tube, that is pretty unusual. What was annoying is not actually the "fog", but the very disorganized boarding procedure. The fog just made it worse.
Like I always say about Cebu Pacific, "You get what you pay for". Cheap tickets are cheap for a reason. Don't expect world-class service from a low budget airline.
bka mafrozen na ang mga passenger. hehehe..

Common sense and concern should not cost a cent, and these are what this incident lacked
