So i have a 1000kw Veyron SS...

Why doesn't it want to go above 434km/h?

It has massive acceleration at 430 and then at 435 it's like the air is suddenly 2x as dense, and then at 433km/h it's hit a brick wall and won't go any faster.

Is it speed limited by Turn 10 because of Bugatti or something?

Going to opposite way on the straight is actually faster. And did you upgrade the transmission? Because it seems slower, I can get my stock SS to do 429kmh.
