Again, it's always nice to see you give not only your opinion on the series but an honest synopsis of it. Many reviewers will simply just rant about what sucked because they didn't like it, or what was incredibly amazing because they did. Even if you give a series below 3 stars you still give a very honest overview of what the series aims to do and what it accomplishes in that scope.
I really enjoy your style of video making. It is calm and humble which is rare these days. I like how you incorporate both your interests in your videos. Do you take review requests? I just got a hold of the anime Aria and was wondering if you have seen it and if you have what you think about it? Thank you for your awesome videos.
I don't normally comment on these things, but I feel the need to mention that I do really like the occasional scenery shots you include at the end of the reviews. The backdrops you choose for your reviews are always quite interesting, and I find it even more so when shown around a bit.
And, as long as I am posting ... excellent review, as always I find. I appreciate your style quite a lot as you don't often give into bias and are evenhanded in your description of the shows content.
this anime seems interesting im thinking of checking it out. I notice you like alot of old school adv films. do you ever watch mainstream anime like naruto or dragonballz?
I think there could be a lively debate about what's "mainstream", but suffice it to say that I find it nice that "anime" and "mainstream" can be used in the same sentence these days. A lot of the older stuff I ramble about once was "mainstream" (popular) among the much smaller number of US anime fen in past decades.
I'm not much into really, really looong series. I prefer stories with a beginning and an actual END, or a small bite of something unique.
interesting i respect your analysis. If you think about it i recall you review melancholy of haruhi sazuma excuse the spelling not good with japanese lol.
