as a pilot...this video is weird. to fly back up, the pilot has to push the stick forward, lowering the plane's tail to nose back up. but if he had done it .5 seconds later, the plane would have been too low, and when the pilot tried to nose up, the tail would just strike the pavement, and the plane wouldn't be able to nose up, and it would crash..

not too responsible but whatever, Redbull is paying for the plane i guess. still would have been a shame to see the pilot get hurt

@DiamondPilotDan Being in ground effect at that speed, just adding power is enough to climb without a pitch change inducing a tail strike. The same as if you added just a bit of throttle just as you were landing, you'd float it down the runway without touching down. And I wish Red Bull was paying for the plane... =)
