The Bacon and Bleu would be the only one with bacon and sauce. That's a bleu cheese dressing on that sandwich. You should try the All American Roastburger. It's probably the best one we serve.

I hate that! Although sometimes we don't even bother with the paper work. But usually the paperwork is always the same. 144 degrees, 10.4 oz. Since it's always the same, we just skip weighting it and finding the temp. Pull it out of the oven, stick the thermometer in it, and put it in the sham. Paperwork usually gets done later :P
