@Excitoful Hey i can help you get the hacker off your pc,ok get Norton antivirus and once you download it go into norton and put your mouse over pc security and you should see run scans and a pop up will say quick scan and full system scan and some other things click on full system scan and the scan will take a while but the full system scan checks your whole pc for a virus and the quick scan just checks the key areas of you pc so click on full system and it should get the virus away

thanks for that i got rid of all the established things ,but i couldn't get rid of the google thing it hade its IP address and i tracked it down of wat it was ,also if you put in the IP address in the URL box it will tell you what program it is just saying if you know that ,but you probable all ready know about it =)
