I have just looked at the episode list to The Incredible Hulk Tv series witch ran from 1978 to 1982 and this episode is not the last one there were five more episodes after this one before the show was canceled

@93MANIAC but did they ever air them on tv, as I understood the show was abruptly cancealed after the airing of this episode and never came back for another season. I'll have to see if they ever aired those last five episodes or if they are only available on DVD. Thanks for the info my friend !

I think I've seen that other episode. He was driving a taxi, I think (does he do that? I've never seen any other episodes) and a pregnant character got in and was either in labor or went in to labor while in the cab. His taxi ended up running out of gas, and the gas station he pulled into was closing (in the middle of the day, for some reason) and she ended up giving birth in the car.

There wasn't much in the way of bellies or anything, but there you have it.

@dimensione95 Actually the episode I was refering too was when Banner befriended a pregnant woman who was hitchhiking and he takes her to this place where she is going to sell her baby, in short she decides not too and the evil doctors decide to kill her after she gives birth to the baby. Needless to say that makes Banner angry and it's up to the Hulk who in the end saves her and the baby. I gotta find that episode someday.
