Since your question was posted a year ago, and I visited the site by chance, I didn't think it likely that you would still be interested enough to reply my dear bro/sis. I am very happy that you were able to keep some of your language in spite of the fact that both you and your mom were raised in UK. Yes, Momand or Mohmand is one of the famous Afghan tribes spreading from Afghanistan to today's Pakistan, some Arab countries, the West and Australia. By happy!
