I live in Shelby Twp. last year when this was happening I was at my computer at 4:30am with my windows open and heard the sound like the one recorded in Colorado. I thought it was the gravel pit about 1/2 a mile away but then i realized they cannot have the heavy machinery operating that early in the mourning because of local ordinances. It was like a pile driver but deep and hollow with an inner vibration that went through your own body...unearthly . Now in 2012 it is happening again

It's nuts, completely random and sometimes sounds like it's inside of the house, because it's soo loud.

@12Mazinger No, that is not from the power lines. I worked at a nuclear power plant for a while and never heard anything there making that noise, besides inside of the Circ. Water Pump house which takes water from the later, filters it, and pumps it into the core...we obviously had to wear earplugs and everything there.

It's better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt. Do a little research and you will see it is a very complex and extremely accurate system. Not saying it predicts the end of the world, but, it is far more accurate than anything we use today.

(Its also possible they just didnt have room, nor reason, to go beyond 2012 on their stone made calenders. IMO, alot of the hype comes from companies wanting to make money (think Y2K on meth).

@anddihier To control weather - you control the ions and elements in the atmosphere. N2, H2O ect which also resides in our bodies. U manipulate these by changing their resonating frequency (every atom vibrates) and by doing so, give them energy = weather change. WELL these ions, atoms/elements exist in your body also - and your body also has resonating frequencies. Theoretically, you could do a number of things to a human by altering these frequencies.

High pitch. Should see if anyone has tried to pick up any haarp sounds. I know they are able to see the weather patterns on radar, haven't heard about the sounds tho..

Do you live anywhere near a lake or dam? This has been happening frequently lately all over the world mostly near lakes and dams. Earth movement is causing the dams to resonate and are amplified through the water causing the air to resonate. Sometimes its a low frequency and sometimes its very high. It depends on how much movement and water ar involved. Yours reminds me of the "singing" glass trick. I would guess its water related. Let me know if it might be. Definately curious!

Everyone, I promise It's not fake....the EVO which I was recording on was not able to pick it up when it sounded like it was off in the distance. You can kind of hear it as I walk down the driveway rolling off I'm the distance. If you listen to my 3 year old daughter she's saying stuff about the noise to. I never found what it was and have only heard it a few times since. I caught it again and posted another similar video.. there's people everywhere getting these same noises on video. It's odd.
