I'm a guy and I'm into Blythe dolls.  Simply gauva resemble a lot like Blythe Prima Dolly peony. Hey, how many blythe dolls do you have? If you have a choice between Blythe's Strawberries n Cream and Blythe's Dear lele girl, which one would you choose? I'm a newbie in Blythe and don't want to be rip off by ebay sellers. How much are you willing to spent on a single new release doll ?

@08myjimmy Hi! I only have 2, Simply Guava and Kiss Me True. Hmm...between those two I would get a Strawberries n Cream. :) Just shop around. Search for Blythe Strawberries n Cream in Google and see how much she is selling for. Try the website DollfieWorld, they sell some Blythe dolls. Good luck!

Congrats on your first Blythe! Mimi is awesome! I had a Guava, too, but I traded her out with a friend~ ^_^

I didn't read all the comments, so if some of your uncertains have been answered, sorry ^_^; But yes, she is a RBL facemold, yes you need another string for sleepy eyes, and yes they can wear wig, but don't be afraid of swapping her scalp out. RBL's scalps are much easier to swap out than the previous molds. If you have any questions feel free to ask. Blythe kicks ass! =)

If I recall her scalp is some rubbery cap like thing that has a very thin row of glue around the mouth of the cap and I believe the hair is kinda rooted to it, though depending on the type of Blythe the scalp can be hard plastic. I do know people let them wear wigs when they unroot the hair but i recall people prefer rerooting different hair, I dunno.

Simply Guava is also my first Blythe, and I love her! I sand-matted her face, put on blush and eyeshadow, and repainted her lips.  Your Mimi is lovely!

@AsenvaBJD Thanks! :D You can spray MSC to make her matte, but like a BJD it can get dirty and it can chip. I'm going to use the sanding method. :D

Wow. She sounds amazing! I've been fascinated with Blythes for awhile. At first, they kinda scared me but, the more I look at them, the more I love them. Hmmm... I may have to look into them.
