  • the judge didnt even give her a chance to explain her case this would never happen in a real court room. the judge contradicted himself he said he cantconsider her religion but he dismissed her case because of it, hyprocrite. im proud of the plaintiff, thats what happends when you confess Jesus before the world. keep the faith sister God's got your back. ps any negative comments only validates what im talking about

  • "Do you swear to tell the truth so help you god"

  • Pause at 2:46...that's the face of a Christian.

  • Never trust a person who TELLS you they are christian.

  • this is a good example of a bad judge being presumptive. he takes a casual utterance and runs his mouth for no reason. "thank god" most judges are more sane.

  • SMFH ! This girl should be ashamed of her self... I wonder when she watches this if she can see right though herself as well as the Judge did. Dame FOOL!

  • She calls herself a Christian as soon as she gets under oath, but right after that, she lies just to try and get money. And then she laughs at the Judge. Now, not sure if that just blatant disrespect, or a defense mechanism because she got caught in a lie, but from the way that she has presented herself so far, she seems to be a psuedo-Christian, who tries to use their religion to depict themselves as an honest and trustworthy person. This woman is not.

  • What a stupid bitch. I believe in god she says. I have kids out of wed lock, tattooed my body and can't pay my debts.

  • @fthecops1 wtf is your problem, so just because we are christians, we cant make a mistake in our lives? what a stupid bitch you are for thinking we must be perfect in order to a christian. How about you stop bashing on our religion and keep it to yourself.

  • @Pishonga Don't ever try to use the fact that you are christian to try to gain favor. The things I listed are all traits of a bad christian. That is not even trying. Just because you go to church does not make you, not even a little, a good person. Don't be so hypersensitive. I was not attacking a religion. I am christian. People like her make me sick and the take away credability from the institution.

  • @fthecops1 and have you seen yourself? stupid bitch? you call people that and you have the nerves to point our the wrong in others? look at your username, fthecops? really? look at yourself before you point our others mistakes. pfft! please..

  • @Pishonga That is my sin. I judge. The only thing I have left to say is that being a believer is not enough. You have to be proactive in your own life.

  • @Pishonga The problem isn't that she can't make mistakes. The problem that most people have with Christians is that a lot of them are only psuedo-Christians. They only thank god when it is convenient for them. If she wanted to thank the lord before this important court case, then you can easily do it inside of your own head. You don't need everyone else around you to know that you are a Christian, or what your beliefs are. That is what got them into trouble in the first place.

  • i wonder how much these actors are paid.

  • Thank you Judge! Fuck Jesus!

  • It's true it has nothing to do with her belief

  • shit i lived in Hutto texas for a few months, its right outside of Austin

  • classic case of another religious fuck.

  • Not very Christlike to try and garner sympathy through flaunting your religion.

  • @tarantulady So true

  • @tarantulady who said she was trying to flaunt her religion.? people like you on these comments are very illogical. were you her when she was in that courtroom? did you know what she was thinking when she said? no! so stop assuming that was her intention.

  • @Pishonga Then my question to you is why did she bring it up, especially when it has nothing to do with the case, at all. The only reason that you bring up your religion in a court of law is that you are trying to garner some kind of positive response from the judge, or jury.

  • As she was leaving the courtroom she still think she did the RIGHT thing look at her smile. First class plastic!

  • So, let ,me get this. She can't mention that she is Christian but he is going on about her being a single mother? And he is also questioning if she is taking care if them properly?

  • @Youngmoon08 Thats one thing I hate about brown! Hes always looking down on single mothers or people who didn't go to college but I can bet there are plenty of single mothers who are 100x smarter then some college people! Hes enteraining sometimes but when he starts insulting single parent familys then thats when I think its time for him to retire.

  • @Youngmoon08 Yes, it's hypocritical

  • I am happy to know that Judge Joe Brown is a Libertarian, Constitutional, secular Judge who follows the traditional constitutional law. And for some of you who are uninformed, the constitution has no references to god, it does mention a creator, but the main drafter of the constitution was a Deist, not a theist (Thomas Jefferson). Benjamin Franklin was an atheist, but the first amendment is clear, "Congress shall make no laws respecting any denomination of religion, or prohibit the practice of."

  • the Lord blessed her with ALOT of weave...

  • Wow, Random rant!?

  • Judge Brown seems to have changed from a few years ago. He rarely seems to actually listen to the people anymore. Instead, he appears to decide the case based on what he reads before they go in to be filmed. Then, he decides how he can give a lecture to someone who lives their lives differently than what he has decided is correct.

  • "Er... he doesnt have a license to practise law in here" XD

  • Judge Joe Brown lost his mind on that one. LOL

  • i feel like the judge wasn't giving the plaintiff a chance to explain herself.

  • @troglodyto either she lied in court or she lied in her sworn statement. judge joe brown doesn't like lies

  • The plaintiff (in her stupidity) thought she'd be able to sway the judge by bringing up her Christianity which is an affront. Shame on her!

  • @AdLaura who said she wanted to sway the judge? as a christian myself, i am proud to be a believer in Christ. I Thank God every time i have something up or important like this event here. shame on you for assuming and insulting someone like that. smh...

  • @Pishonga -- Oh please. That's EXACTLY why she brought it up. I am a Christian as well and not ashamed to say so, but there's absolutely no reason for her to bring it up, other than she thought she'd get in JJB's good books and he'd look more favourably on her case. And he rightfully slapped her down for it. To me, people who try to use Jesus' name to gain advantage are just as hypocritical as Judas and are not true Christians.

  • I agree with those who state Judge Joe Brown has an issue with people who have children and are not married.... He seems to be very prejudice against anyone he feels is not living up to his standards. Which is why I stop watching his show.

  • No jeebus in court is exactly the right thing to do.

  • That was a very lovely sentiment from Joe Brown:3

  • He can't consider her religion, but he can consider the fact that she's a single mother? The defendants were clearly lying, who sales or buys something without a set price? Before the purchaser leaves, some agreement would be made. Were they going to take the couch and pay until she said, "okay, that's enough"?

The girl shouldn't have brought up her religion, but Judge Joe shouldn't have based his decision on that, he should've went by the evidence.

  • @watchalotovids 1) It is illegal to lie in court. 2) A court will not help people in committing illegal acts. 3) Plaintiff has burden of proof . 4) If the defendants lie to high heaven that only matters if the plaintiff has a case. In other words, if Plaintiff and Defendant lie and the proof is one receipt the defendants wins for one receipt is not a contract and we can't trust both of them. Does this clear things up for u. If not lying to a Judge is grounds for dismissal.

  • @ArchmageMarlock I understand exactly what you're saying, and I agree with you, but I feel like he lets HIS emotions get in the way sometimes. The plaintiff had a lack of evidence, but I don't think she was lying. What the defendants said didn't make any sense, who buys something without a set price?

  • @watchalotovids i agree, he is still human despite being a judge. In terms of this case take emotion out normally in his court he makes the plaintiff establish what he calls a "basic case" then go to the defendants. We went to the defendants but plaintiff didn't have a basic case (lied and no contract) normally only a contact overrides a lie to the judge. Also, remember we KNOW plaintiff lied. We THINK Defendant lied. Last, people aren't always logical (sad but true) .

  • @ArchmageMarlock See that's the thing, I still didn't catch the part where the plaintiff lied. Judge Joe Brown said she changed her story 3 times, but I didn't hear it, even the defendant agreed that she paid again on the plaintiff's birthday. It's like he held the defendants to be truthful from the start because they're married. We don't KNOW that the plaintiff was lying, and we don't KNOW that the defendants told the truth. Who buys something without a set price? I never heard of that.

  • Stupid stupid stupid bitch. Judge Joe brown at his best.

  • Judge really has a personal issues with people with children who are not married! I have a son I alsowork and attend school. My son wants for nothing just because your not married dose not mean your not a great parent! Some people are married and could care less about there child. That's the only thing I don't like about the judge!

  • Judge Joe Brown hates christians...yeah, I said it! :)

  • @backpayne2007 She tried to put religion in a secular institution

  • @backpayne2007 You did say it, but it doesn't make it true.

  • A kid out of wed-lock. A stupid tattoo. Tits hanging out on national TV. Face painted up like a rodeo clown. How Christian.

  • Comment removed

  • hehe a pair of pervy dentists XD

  • Comment removed

  • I saw this on TV. I muted it as soon as she started on about Jesus. So what the fuck am I doing watching her now?

  • @HomestarRunner20X6 the girl behind her frowned when he mention islam at 2:24

  • the girl over the plaintiff's right shoulder is beautiful

  • lol!!! why do that in court

  • JJB makes me sick sometimes. Yes, she had a child and is not married. She went back to college. There are many women taking care of their children on their own and NEVER went back. A child is not a mistake just because their parents are not married. She still went to school while taking care of child. SHE IS A STRONG WOMAN NOT STUPID.

  • @theGreyfamily1 did u watch the same video as i did?

she looked like a stupid lying bitch that was sewing her friends

  • @suzuki834 being married does not guarantee your child a better life. She could have been lying but that is not my concern. My concern is JJB putting her on his shit list because she is not married to her childs father. The guy could have been a dick or didn't have a job for all he knows! She is doing a GREAT job. Setting a good example for her child: STAY IN SCHOOL NO MATTER WHAT.

  • @theGreyfamily1 I agree. My mouth dropped open when he said that. I felt his comments were out of line and unrelated to this case...

  • What she did was openly proclaim her faith in the hope of currying favour with the judge, who obviously was having no part of such blatant religious hucksterism.I personally would also form a very low opinion of someone's character in such circumstances, and be proved correct by her subsequent lying.

  • Ha, all she really did was openly proclaim her faith in Jesus Christ, all the judge had to say was "okay well, that isn't really relevant to these proceedings" and move on, he didn't have to scold her on how this is a "multi-cultural nation", and in fact the judge would have a hard time proving that it was the intent of the founders that this be anything but a Christian nation.

  • Judge Joe Brown.......does something right and then fucks it up seconds later

  • Plenty cleavage for a church woman.

  • @laferg1 Not to mention the big ass tattoo on her right arm.

  • you've been impeached!

  • I like how she stayed nice and calm and smiled and he got mad when she talked about GOD....boyyyyy the devil don't like the name of JESUS

  • @avanceeric It's not about God (she said Jesus) and he wasn't getting mad. He was giving a well needed lecture.

She was trying to score points by bringing her religion up, but a court of law in a free country needs to be unbias towards religion. All men are created EQUAL, and no one gets free points because of what group they belong to. Freedom and liberty FOR ALL, it doesn't matter if you're a Christian or whatever.

You dont bring that shit up in court and hope for leniency.

  • @KaseyBrownFitness If there was no religion involved in court then we shouldn't have to swear with our left hand put on the bible with the right one raised. If you're a muslim, buddhist, atheist, go in court, and swear on the bible, to me it means you're entitled to lie, because the bible doesn't mean squat to you. So religion, through the use of the bible in court, , which dates back to the Roman Empire, assimilates the truth with christianism.

  • @machintruc313 Swearing on the bible is a matter of tradition and popularity. It happens because the majority of people in America are Christian and appreciate seeing that. It does not mean suddenly that you cant lie only because you swore on a bible. Lying in court is called "perjury". It is illegal, and has absolutely nothing to do with the bible in the same way other things that are illegal have nothing to do with the bible.

  • @KaseyBrownFitness Swearing on the bible is not a "matter of tradition and popularity". The Roman Empire cemented its empire by imposing Christanism as the only religion. Therefore when you go in court and swear on the Bible, it is implied that the Bible represents the truth and the foundation of our western society. My point was that it was somewhat hypocritical to tell her what he told her, since our judicial and political institutions are a reproduction of the Roman "model". Read my friend.

  • @machintruc313 By that logic, you should be a Jew since the Bible is based on Judaism. Or does tradition and history only count so long as it validates your point?

  • @machintruc313 Actually you swear on a Bible, or some other holy book, to solidfy an oath, and yes when you lie under oath or break an oath there can be legal repercussions. Our judicial and political institutions were NOT intended to be a "reproduction" of the Roman model, in fact our court systems were originally based on the COMMON LAW system of England but over time Roman civil law has creeped in to the point where law in the U.S is now a strange mixture of "common law" and "roman civil law"

  • @machintruc313 Your jurisdiction's rules of evidence probably PROHIBIT people from arguing that someone is more or less believable by reference to religious belief or lack thereof (it's Rule 610 in the Federal Rules). NO court would allow anyone to argue, for example, "You can't trust that witness because they wouldn't swear on the Bible." And if I were in court representing someone, and an opposing witness started by saying what she did, I'd be on my feet objecting on those grounds.

  • @WavemasterAshi I agree with the judge's objection, but It would be legitimate and non hypocritical IF and only IF the Bible was not involved in any way in the judicial process. And if this was a Saudi court and people had to swear on the Koran, I would say the exact same thing. My point is, I'd rather go in court and show honor and my willingness to tell the truth by putting my left hand on my heart than having to put my hand on the Bible or any other religious book.

  • @machintruc313 Which you can in fact do. I believe most (if not all) courts (and I don't practice in court, so I'm going off memory from law school) now ask you to "swear or affirm" the truth of your statements.

  • @machintruc313 the koran is junk compared to the bible.

  • @lilbeaveymac thats a ignorant comment.very stupid im not even gonna get on the bible though.not goin there

  • @lilbeaveymac I respect christians, I love jesus also. But the bible is changed like a million times. The quraan is never changed an if you give me your email i will personally go through the bible with you cause it isnt consistent. The quraan however is consistent and God says therein a challenge from the day it was send down to all the people and jinns of the world to make a chapter like the quraan. Then the challenge was lowered to one sentence. Nobody succeeded.

  • @Westsidebos123 in the quran there god says, "if you love me, kill the Christians and the jews..." “The Jews and the Christians are perverts; fight them.” Koran 9:30, do you really think a god would be this cruel and hateful against his own creation? sad how people believe in a hateful god. Jesus Christ, our Lord God is a very loving God and actually loves His creation. would you rather have a hateful or loving god?

  • @lilbeaveymac Just send me a message and i will show you the things that arent correct in the bible or are inconsistent if you do not believe me. Dont get me wrong i love jesus as a prophet of God. So dont hatemail. Thank you

  • @machintruc313 Very well put. Growing up as a JW, we were told that we should stand for the Pledge of Allegience in school, but not recite what is said, at this time we could say a little prayer to God. IDK why the heck I am saying this in the 1st place, lost my train of thought lol.

The P is a mother of 4 and she is 23 years old?!!!! That is crazy! Maybe they are quads (think thats 4?).

  • @WavemasterAshi dude, you need to get laid, badly.

  • @machintruc313 You don't have to - courts are required to provide alternatives for non-Christians. Don't try to pretend you were making another point, you clearly thought that everyone has to swear on the Bible. Try to do some research in future.

  • @machintruc313 You are wrong about this being a [roman] "civil law" system, as I previously stated the courts of this country used to operate under English COMMON LAW but you are right that "civil law" has gradually crept into the system. You are right about the fact that religion actually is a central part to American law, if you get deep enough into common law you figure out that religion is greatly interwoven into law.

  • @machintruc313 A lot of the time modern lawyers do not even have the first clue how law actually works in this country, they are just experts at following the motions. A lot of the time judges are well aware of this stuff though, and there are actually a lot of occult and esoteric phrases that you can say to judges which forces them to handle the court procedure in a very distinct fashion. If you declare yourself as a "sovereign citizen" in court then things get really weird.

  • @KaseyBrownFitness So we re discussing a small claims case about some furniture. Good, then let me start by saying i thank the Lord for creating the universe. Next i would like to say that i like turtles. I thank my wife for the support and a big shoutout to my fans.

  • He needs to have a relationship with GOD, we judge fruit...you can tell he aint saved..that made the devil in him mad..Black people, please stop supporting this man

  • @avanceeric Wank off somwhere else please. Far out that was a disturbing little comment.

  • He needs to have a relationship with GOD, we judge fruit...you can tell he aint saved..that made the devil in him mad

  • judge cracked a joke on JESUS that aint cool, it aint his business what she buy, she is not on welfare. Whats the judge problem, the other couple buy what they want, he has a real problem

  • 2:44 she gave the crowd a "Christian Glance of 'You Will Burn In Hell'"

  • If she's mentioning that she is a christian, she'd fit in perfectly in TX.

  • Judge Joe Brown: Upholding the first amendment. My respect has just increased for this man.

  • These two...

are so impressed with what they've done...

    when many people before them...

    have done the same thing.

You've got to be happy for these peasants...

    but at the same time...

    laugh at them.

  • i do appologise for being rude

  • i watched another judge and i nearly fell on the floor when the bailiff said DO YOU SWEAR TO TELL THE TRUTH the whole truth and nothing but the truth SO HELP YOU GOD how can there be any division of church and state ???i would like someone to tell me the reason why this debate continues (PERSONAL NOTE i belive in god )

  • @TheSinjingideon You may not realize this.....but modern law is based on the christian religion. There is no separation of church and law since both are/were one of the same. Removing religion from state/law does nothing but remove the morality from them.

  • @Revxss yes i am aware , but it was the supreme courts that decided that the church and state be separate as for morality have you seen much of that i know i havnt i had a great deal of respect for the court systems i belived that they were all honorable people who took the oath seriously but innocent people are being killed and the guilty are walking free ever heard of the terry shivo case where is the morality of letting a woman starve to death it took her 2 weeks to die

  • @Revxss

"You may not realize this.....but modern law is based on the christian religion." Oh you mean don't kill and steal? Because that's really the only laws that are really represented in modern law that can be found also in Christian religion (even though those "laws" were around way before Moses supposedly spoke to a deity). What about the other laws found in Deuteronomy? Is modern law based upon those?

Christianity does not have a monopoly on governing laws and morality.

  • Comment removed

  • @mgt247 no not necessarily. Modern law is arguably based on common sense, with the exception of complex areas of it. Would you like it if I deprived you of something that you owned and worked hard for i.e a BMW, without your permission? Can I take the life of one of your loved ones? Using common sense, your answer would obviously be no. It could be that the consistency in rules of law and those of Christianity is a coincidence, arguably.

  • @mgt247 So why do we swear to God when we enter the court room?

  • @RandomLevitation

Actually, you affirm to tell the truth.

You can swear to any deity you like, it doesn't really mean anything.

  • @mgt247 It actually does. If you don't swear to anything, it can be recognized during the trial decision in whether you are guilty or not. You got religious jury and you refuse to swear to god? That could be your ass right there.

  • @RandomLevitation

Thus the problem of swearing to a deity. You should be judged by a jury based on evidence, not whether or not you believe in a deity, hence the reason why Judge Joe went off the way he did. Kudos to him.

  • @mgt247 This is true. Well put!

  • @RandomLevitation You don't have to- it's not required. You can "swear" or "solemnly affirm".

  • @TheSinjingideon America is a very pretentious country.

  • excuse me but if you cant bring relIGEON into court THEN DONT ASK PEOPLE TO SWEAR ON THE BIBLE TO TELL THE DAMN TRUTH they may not use the bible in court anymore but they once did and they still make you swear

  • @TheSinjingideon Exactly. People are backwards with their logic aren't they?

  • @WillGotti i totally agree

  • patronizing.

  • "Thou shall not sue thy neighbor, bitch."

  • who you finna try who you finna try

  • I think another reason JJB told her not to go there was if she was revealed to be untruthful, it further makes other Christians look bad. This is why it's so important to practice what we preach, especially if what we preach is Jesus Christ. But to say Christianity is false because there are those who don't act like Christians, is like saying there was no Henry Ford because there are bad drivers.

  • The judge doesn't hate christians, just hates it when muppets bring it up in court cause it has no bearing on anything and after 30 years of hearing the same shit, you'll hate it too.

  • Plaintiff says her little "speech" starter - like she's receiving a Grammy award or something! This is court, lady!

  • @audesemusic Well, since YOU brought it up... I'm Christian... but I also gave you a "thumbs-up" because I agree with what you said! So, does that mean I contradicted myself? ;-)

  • One, did Jesus ever call Him-self Christian, No. Did the desiples of Christ, No.....

But the demons sure did.... God doesnt need to be advertised out of speach but in action.... To God be the Glory.......

  • Judge Joe Brown just doesn't like unwed black single mothers and he doesn't like Christians, she had 2 strikes against her from the beg.

  • @MsKeepitReal1 well i noticed he has something against black single women. like that its there fault when there sons choose a life of crime when they are the ones that keep the family together as best they can. as for the christian thing this lady is pretentious and really her comment had no place in the court. i don't know what she was trying to prove but she failed miserably.

  • @fleurgi He doesn't hate black males in trouble or single mothers lol. Look a lot deeper than that, he is aware of the social component behind this all to common situation and that many of those people will soon be a statistic, he wants to be hard on them because it shouldn't have to take going to jail, seeing your child go to jail, dying or seeing your child die to get a wake up call. He lost most of his youth and happiness to violence, crime and being imprisoned.

  • @fleurgi @fleurgi He doesn't hate black males in trouble or single mothers lol.

  • @MsKeepitReal1 cristians didnt applaud

  • The judge's chair looks comfy :P

  • In all honesty I think he has some kind of hatred towards Christians,I watched a show of his and a man stated that he was a Muslum and Joe didn't try to rip him apart like he does to Christians. That's just my opinion though.

  • Religion, the greatest farce ever!

  • @10.04 OMG a room full of atheists...lol

  • "for my birthday...and it was to put it towards the sofa set also" .. this was BEFORE JJB launched into her saying she changed her story. She NEVER changed her story. Even the Defendant tried to support her on that, but JJB took it as contradictory testimony.

He was unjustly prejudiced against her from the start for being an unwed mother and ticked off at her for making a religious reference. I have a lot of respect for JJB, but he screwed this one up badly, the Plaintiff never had a chance.

  • I've watched his show for a long time and I noticed that he hates when someone mentions that they are a Christian or go to church. What's up with that judge joe?!!!

  • @puttinGod1st this is court, not church. Religion isn't relevant. Anybody who is trying to spew their religion in court is trying to get sympathy and respect from the audience. Nobody cares what your religion is in court.

  • @puttinGod1st It's because it's totally irrelevant...

  • @puttinGod1st

That's easy: when people bring up their religion (especially if it's "christian"), they think that'll trump everything and anyone - even if they're a total con artist. That's one of the first things you should NEVER mention to anyone because the word "christian" alone has became repulsive to hear. When I think "christian", I think "nothing but homosex talk". And I don't want to hear all about that shit.

  • @ChannelBelongs2Scott You have some mental problems go and get it fixed.

  • JUDGE JOE LOOKS JUST LIKE>>>MUHAMAD ALI WHEN SAID THEY WERE SWADE JOE SAID AAAAAAAAAOOOOOOOO SHE JUST TALKIN REAL SLICK TO JOE NEVER NOOOO UGLY KIDS HERE HE NEVER SAID ATHEIST THA DEFENENT HAS PRETTY LIPS

  • HE JUS TALKS SOMETIMES..THAT PLANTIFF WAS ON HER GAME HE TRYNA PUT HER DOWN AND HER CHARACTER...HE THINKS HE KNOW EVERYTHING...LOVE WATCHING BUT HE TAKES BAING A JUDGE THE WRONG WAY

  • These types of Christians give the good ones a bad name. Why would she say that as the basicly first sentance out of her mouth!?!?!!

  • Nobody gives $800 couches away for no price. That's upsurd and Judge Joe is a dumbass for believing that. SMH

  • Respect points for Judge Brown: earned.

  • Everytime I hear the word impeach I get bad cravings for peaches

  • Judge brown pissed me off in this episode.

  • JUDGE JOE BE TELLIN IT HOW IT IS BOY JOE KID GREAT JOB

  • i just wanna shake his hand.

  • @AmericanPowerBase I think I speak for everyone (except you of course) when I say SHUT THE FUCK UP. You are really starting to annoying the shit out of me and a lot of other people too. 1. You comment on peoples shit for no reason, 2. You start shit

And last but not least 3. You get the attention you want/you get off on starting arguments. You pull this bullshit you make comments that make absolutely no sense. I know I would hate to hear you talk. I don't really know what race you are quite fra

  • when someone mentions JC, run don't walk and get the fuck outa there

  • P: I wanna give honor to my Lord Jesus Christ......

JJB: ''He doesn't have a license to practice law up in here'' LMAO!

  • @japanrican1969

    The judge is an athiest

  • @lavvy2585 Nah, I think Joe is the classic example of a brotha who is tired of hearing the religious talk (without action or true representation) in their own race.

There is a VERY CLEAR separation between church and court. (1st Amendment applies)

Bringing up Christ is not gonna make the judge rule in your favor.

Jesus was probably saying "Don't bring me into this." lol

I believe Christ has my soul, but I know mentioning his name won't budge the judge! lol

  • @BeastNation2009

LOL I had to laugh when you said what Jesus was probably saying. I must agree maybe some people use it as a form of manipulation but for him to be so vocal about it in my opinion is not right either.

  • @lavvy2585 yeah...but it came outta nowhere. It's good to say when you're accepting a grammy...But NOT in court. And I guess he wanted to drive that point home to her. As you could see, she wasn't getting it. Looks like she just wanted to get on TV.

  • Man, Judge Joe Brown went IN on her lol.

  • Well, if it's not the race card being played, it's the "Jesus Christ is my personal Lord And Saviour" card....a true indication of someone who doesn't think they can win their case on it's own merits. So glad that JJB put the plaintiff in her place extra fast. Just present your evidence and forget trying to sway the judge with nonsense that has nothing to do with the case....and which you probably don't truly believe, otherwise, you wouldn't use it in a court case.

  • Man Judge Joe Brown keeps cutting off the P... he should just needs to listen... The P and D both were saying it was on her Bday and just said it was going to be for the loan...

  • the black woman is so pretty! i would pay for her rent

  • @AmericanPowerBase - Oh I see the point you are trying to make. We have people like you in my country too we call them bludgers. Too lazy to get off their arse and do a days work.
