I've got the mobile version (mobility radeon hd 4650 1GB) running on a Intel Core 2 Duo T6600 2.2 GHz

To get a nice fps (30fps), I need to run it on low settings xD. Building a gaming rig soon tho :D

I have the same card. I removed the cooler and I installed one manually. Now I overclocked the card to 700 gpu MHZ :) I can show You the results if You want. (in gta iv ofc.)

Thanks for the vid. I had a GTS 250 for awhile and it ran this game noooooo problem but recently the card died and I had to get an HD 4650.....since then I've been afraid to install GTA4 again [i've already beat it back when I had the other card, so that's part of it] but now I know I should be fine. soooo hooray! :D

@ChaostheClown Happy to hear that :D, hemm don't worry to install man on HD4650, this card is not too bad, i think this card is awasome! It give me a lot fun! Yesterday i play Crysis 2 Beta with this card and the result is good enough! Hit 66 fps, usually at 42 fps, average on 33 fps, i still can believe this, i can play Crysis 2 on my HD4650 :D
