i personally think fifth gear is the best,i mean tiff's really appreciate the cars and his conclusion is much more logical though sometimes controversial.This is my opinion,if you have different opinion,then fine.No negative replies.

Most luxuary cars., Merc, BMWs are disappointing at low speeds... if u want a nice responsive torquey feel,..then you'd need a disel, but at high speed you'll regrett it.

the reason it feels like that at low speeds is because its a GT car,its made for comfort and long distance driving,it just so happens that it has amazing speed just like a Bentley or an Aston Martin

It may well be that the SLS is somewhat disappointing at low speeds, but what Mercedes meant with this was, i think, to be not intimidated when your driving around town in the SLS. In a Ferrari you should be intimidated at any speed, a Mercedes should always be capable of relaxing the driver, even though it is a high performance car.

CL63 AMG 0-60 takes 4.5s, so it is 0.7s slower than SLS, but what about

0-120mph or 0-180mph ? Acceleration is not only 0-60.

I know that SLS can do:

0-200(km/h)-0 in 16.3s... almost like SLR whih is 2.5 x more expensive

110'000 pounds more ??!

So new CL63 AMG costs 40'000 pounds ? 0_o

Just can't get in a 430 after driving this car. Even the 599 seems a little too much, but I haven't had a chance to get on a 458, which I'm dying to try. Thanks for uploading.
