i bet when he was a little kid at school he would pull the fire alarm and then set back and watch everybody run and the fire dept would show up.when he left school he even stole the fire alarm switch .he is ate up with the fire bug .

his street name is sparky.he carries a gun and badge so next time you punks want to set a fire look out because sparky is watching you.and that is the actual siren off of sparkys patrol car.
