It is not Spike's jacket. Apparently this jacket was made with care for some guy named Randy. And Spike thought that was his name since he is the one wearing the jacket. Hence RANDY. And Spike and Giles thought they were related since they both have british accents. Hence GILES. and since they both have amnesia, hence Spike as Randy Giles! :D
