  • the sound of victory

  • The P-51 is such a beautiful aircraft, every detail is amazing

  • I bet he was going 250 km/hour easy.

  • SOMEONE missed the like button

  • that was impressive

  • And nobody flies them lower than Snort. Use to love watching him mow the grass with the Air Zoo's Corsair.

  • hes flying a blue-nosed mustang. which probably means that plane was from the 352nd fighter group

  • Cadillac of the skies!

  • There is nothing like the sound of the P 51. I love it

  • @dptcruiser It's British that's why :)

  • @judgedredd123 No they weren't. Spitfires were British, P51's were American.

  • @xBrutalB Love to wind up you yanks. P51 was built to a British spec, and was an ordinary aircraft until the Brits suggested the Merlin engine and bubble canopy, then it became a great aircraft

  • @judgedredd123 That's true but it was still built by Americans. It just depends on how you look at the situation really.

  • @xBrutalB "Brtish spec" meant a plane fitted around a 5 ft 10 inch man weighing 140 pounds, a pair of 20mm cannons in each wing, and whaddya know? an Allison engine.

And Packard was building the V-1650 back in the 1920s they just needed a great airframe to take it all the way into Germany.

And a myth, or in this case a lie repeated often enough, as far as Messerschmitt ever having any influence on Edgar, is still a lie.

  • @xBrutalB the merlin was british.

  • OHohooho that sound!

  • extremely impressive

  • Great low fly by.
