@xBrutalB "Brtish spec" meant a plane fitted around a 5 ft 10 inch man weighing 140 pounds, a pair of 20mm cannons in each wing, and whaddya know? an Allison engine.
And Packard was building the V-1650 back in the 1920s they just needed a great airframe to take it all the way into Germany.
And a myth, or in this case a lie repeated often enough, as far as Messerschmitt ever having any influence on Edgar, is still a lie.
