trouble is with vitalite it contains hydogenated vegatable oil which I tend to avoid... some of this trip did border on extreme but it was NOTHING compared to what the Suffolk Extreme boys get up.. thats legendary in the world of river running. Your right the music is gnarley and inbred, thats why it suits us.... Jimi is good, might save that for any trips I might film with the suffolk extreme boys... if I ever get good enough to go with them?... im training all winter fo a chance
