well this is alaways a problem when we trace a border or buld hudge infrastructure. As usual, individual interest cannot stop a national projet.

P.S. a small example, in Canada prime minister Pierre eliote Trudeau, paid a cheap amount of money to framers of Mirabel to bluid and airport. This event happen less then 50 yrs ago, today the airport is closed...

After any border clarification being imposed after lax enforcement the process should be slow. Give the people five years at least to sort themselves out.

Easy fix: let Syria take all these people and include their lands in Syria. If they love Syria so much then they can be part of it.
