@wantedwanted21 You don't have to use the best, Deadmau5 uses FL Studios and he makes amazing music. My friend uses FL Studios and his music sound like he has been making it for years and is signed. Its not about what is the best, its how you utilize your surrounding tools. I generally don't like macs because I've used windows all my life, I don't feel like learning terminal, you have to press a button to right click, and etc. I've use one before, its just matter of preference/opinion.

@TehUndeadCpt well i changed a few days ago from FL studio to Ableton,at first i was like wtf...the fl studio interface its really easy to use compared to this..but you see i got used to it and what i found its that it has alot of more tools than fl studio and they are kind of better,the sound its just great,looks like its masterized from the first time you make a combined beat or just any sound and...the performance...its just so fucking perfect,in fl studio i had my sound---

And I don't really follow what D5 uses, he has a tutorial with him using FLS so i just assumed he still uses it. either or, they are good all in there own way, i've seen some amazing songs with all the programs. Still i think personal preference has to do with some of it. GL with making your music sir hit me up when you got some stuff done :3

@TehUndeadCpt I already have some stuff done with fl studio ;) the daw is good but i think im going to do like 3 more tracks to make demos and send them to spinning records..but i dont really know what to do after i make my tracks..im thinking to spend it on blogs/websites and see if i get the chance to find a manager or something...what i want its to make producing music as a job,i want to earn money by it,i dont need popularity or all this shit like the kids nowadays.

Just so viewers will understand, most of us have no issue with start up DJ's, but this is not a source you should use. Like someone else said, look up Ellaskins, or look up Briansredd here on Youtube. They are real working DJ's who do tutorials and give assistance.

Also, some of the tops DJs, Sasha for example, that used vinyl and decks for years have jumped ship for programs like Ableton, which runs off a laptop. I even learned using technics 7 years ago. I will always love my vinyl, but the future of Djing will def be from a laptop.
