  • hahahahaaaa hahahahahahaaaaaaaaa im laughing at that comment " Grover's outfit reminds me of my grandma " hahahaaaaaaaaaa hahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

    soooooooooo sweeeeeeet ^____^

    looooooooooooooooooooooooool

  • Wow, funny, very funny.

  • If grover becomes the life guard then, he'll jump in the pool when Mr. Fatblue goes swimming lol

  • The sound isn't too good on this one...

  • If Grover could learn to swim he'd make a great lifeguard. Am I right?

  • He probably wouldn't allow anyone to get into the water.

  • that guy is a large lavender live hand puppet performed by jim henson

  • I remember an episode of Spongebob Squarepants, where Spongebob had a plight similar to this. Spongebob was mistaken for a lifeguard by Larry, the head lifeguard at the beach. Spongebob loved being a lifeguard, until he saw that he'd have to swim out to save drowning victims. Spongebob, couldn't swim, and was then unable to save a drowning Patrick. Larry had to saved them both, and Spongebob admitted he wasn't a real lifeguard. It ended with Larry giving Spongebob and Patrick swimming lessons.

  • the beauty of these sketches is that it appeals and amuses adults just as much as it is educational for the kids.. ya gotta love it! pure classic henson and oz! WTG!

  • Grover's outfit reminds me of my Grandma

  • "you know what I say... WATCH OUT!!!!!!" ROFLMFAO!!

  • I was hysterical watching this old Grover clip!

  • Make sure you know what to do before you ask to get the job. This conflict is similar to when my friend wanted to be a singer, untill she realized that she not only had to learn how to sing, but she needed to learn how to sight read.

  • True, but not all famous singers have learned how to sight read.

  • Sesame Street was always cool.

  • whr are these cartoon nowadayss :( these toons shud be promoted instead of the rubbish they promoting now:(. its not worthing watchiing toons now. and that Opera stuff of the sesame street was also soo awesome...it all shud come back on tv...Youtube do somthinga abt it.

  • The employment agent in this sketch sounds an awful lot like Kermit.

  • He does! I think he's the same voice as Kermit!

  • Yesiree. That's good ol' Jim Henson who performed Kermit the Frog

  • "oh, what a highly attractive office!"

    i love it

  • I haven't seen this in ages! I especially liked Grover shouting. Jim's voice was funny too.

  • Oh boy! I remember this one. Great Grover clip- the shouting part is hilarious.

  • Hey, this guy looks like the Librarian Grover ran into before!

  • Poor Grover looks as though he's been sent to the principal's office.

  • "SLOW DOWN!!!" "WATCH OUT!!!" I loved that 'cause I thought Grover's shouting was hysterical.

  • Yeah, I remember the laughs that me and my sister used to share when my mom read "Grover's Hide 'n' Seek" and "There's a Monster at the End of This Book". My Mom did a pretty good impression of Grover.

  • oh my mum used to read me 'The Monster at the end of this book' too. it was one of my favourtites and i thought she did a great Grover voice too.

  • Wow! the job employment man's desk is fixed!

*Teeth goes to to the employment agency*

I remember this one from my chilhood!

  • yeah does anyone have that one anywhere?
