Instant Freezing Water (After Effects)

the other day i pulled water out of the fridge after 3 hours trying to freeze it but it wasnt frozen so i pulled it out and straight away there was a little bit of ice that grew and froze most the water instantly it was really wierd. water into ice within 10 seconds freaked me out
