i was at faye galloway elementary in the cafeteria. they rushed us out because they thought the ceiling was going to cave in. we run outside, theres a giant mushroom cloud, they ran us right back in to the cafeteria. all the adults thought we were getting bombed.

I was in drivers ed 10th grade when this happened. After the first explosion we were all nervous and the teacher told us to simmer down he was gonna check and see what was going on, the second blast hit. The floor felt like a wave and I watched the ceiling ripple as the pieces were falling on us. At that we all left as quickly as possible. That day was total chaos!! I remember my skin feeling like it was burning on my walk home from all the chemicals in the air. I'll never forget that day!!!
