    Prolonged sitting or driving was what really hurts me the most. Should I try to avoid prolonged sitting after I've done a long term regimen of these exercises? Or, should I go ahead and sit and drive with not caring about it? You see-our church meeting is about 37 mi. one way and the prayer meeting is an hour long and ALL of this means sitting!! 3 HOURS WORTH 2 times a week, and I'm wondering if I can get back to doing all of thisEVENTUALLY!
