  • no contest

  • camel spiders aren't poisonous and they're not even spiders. their bite just hurts like fuck and they're arachnids like daddy longlegs.

  • dude ive been up for 4 days now and i can not stop laphing and dam that fucker jump and plow ate that bitch hahahaha i caint stop

  • the cricket had no chance waht so ever

    ....so what's the point?

  • of course the spider wins its pointless to put them together because the spider has huge fangs and the only thing the cricket has is that anoying sound it makes with its legs

  • if you want to see more bug fights like this one then go to my website at wwwdotmonsterbugwarsdotwebsdotcom dot=. I post new vids every week

  • yeah its true technically is isnt really a spider..

  • fuck off thats not a baby camel spider :|

  • @Mart2007 it is rofl do u kno how big they can grow

  • @Mart2007 oh, no it isn't! They can be pretty big! I have one, full grown he's 8inches with legspan!

  • THATS A BABY!!!!

  • r u sure its a baby and criket not dat big

  • Awwee it looks like ther making out (: .... Till it gets it's head ripped off...

  • like bradford653 said...its definatly a solifugae

  • NO HE ATE GIMMINY CRICKET!!

  • unfair fight

  • its a cricket it cant fight dont you have a brain

  • You're the stupid one, search Weta VS Spider on youtube. P.S Weta = Super Giant Cricket.

  • @theleogecko these little shits will do anything for entertainment. i'd laugh if this guy ahad a nest of cammels in his house :P

  • this camel spider wouldn't last against the crickets humongous cousin which is the Weta giant cricket!

  • @bobbyzworld123 - Yh but look how much bigger Weta was to that camel spider. Couldve been a juvenile camel spider for all we know. Be interesting to see that same Weta against an adult female camel spider, a female goliath tarantula or even a large scorpion.

  • omm ñom ñom ñom ñom ñom ñom mmmmm

  • Due to it's segmented abdomen and contrary to public belief, this is not a true spider. Look it up for yourselves. Ugly bastard all the same though.

  • yes.. their part of the arachnids ...

  • No, THEY'RE not, it's an anthropod.

    L2spell

  • they arthropods, but they are also arachnids, they are related to the spider similarly as a scorpion is.

  • LMFAO!!!

  • @Vivimord and they aren't poisonous... the damage done by bites is largely due to the infections caused by the bite.

  • @Vivimord no but with the 8 legs it is an arachnid so therefore, its a species of spider.

althought with that beast, it can be whatever it wants

  • @MaxDaMafia but it has 10 legs not 8 so it couldnt be considered an arachnid

  • @MaxDaMafia actually it is an arachnid. It has 8 legs, what you might consider to be the 5th pair of legs are actually sensory organs that work almost like antenna. However, major differences in this animal make it not a spider, although it is still an arachnid (like scorptions).

  • spider's a FUCKING BEAST!

  • see this is why youtube needs to quit being so tight about the music

there's always somebody asking whats this song called?

    this is free publicity WMG

  • rage against the machine:bombtrack

  • FUCK THAT SHIT

  • i happy i live in the cold scandinavia

  • what is this song

  • those fckinn cammel spiders are biig when i used to live in sonora mexico with my mom i seen about 13 in 2 years that i lived. out there we call them mata venados. wich means dear killer.these fckers can run fast and are very sneaky. the biggest i seen like 4 to 5 inches with its leg span. never do i want to see one again. i hate them.

  • Yea they are fucking crazy. I know a sergeant in Afghanistan who felt something hitting his back and chest and then he saw the giant spider throwing stones at him cause it wanted to kill him and eat him. I was like WTF when he told me that ;o

  • A navy seal was also hit by snowballs thrown by a giant spider, during the cold winter of Alaska. It was wearing a heavy jacket made from its own spider-net.

  • .______. GAL

  • My story is as true as yours.

  • poor cricket ;~;

  • Yeah, camel spiders are known to be very quick. they can fun up to 10 Mph

  • Im just glad I live where that can't breed

  • There fucking quick,

shit, if they were in canada,

    id be like FUCK THIS!

    off to england. (:

  • pls don't let that shit go now im scared uhhhhhh

  • ...

  • Mmmmmmmm...yum, nothing like a gd giant cricket lol

  • I think cammel spiders have 10 legs. Or maybe 2 are arms... if you look closely it deffinitly has 10 appendages.

  • I BELIEVE, its a solpugid...theyre closely related to arachnids, w/ the exception of the 2 extra appedages....i may be wrong, but thats what i learned.

    googled that, lol.

  • You are correct, prbetty719!

I ran into a small one here in CA. They are interesting creatures. A lot of false information surrounds the Solpugids though.

  • The cow says moo

    The chicken says bgaawk

The camel spider says *CRACK* *CHOMP* NOM NOM NOM NOM

  • i hope people don't start doing stupid things and release these in the US. If that happens they will start infesting the US like fire ants did. Sure these look like a good pet to keep, but if they get out somehow, man we are screwed.

  • Camel Spiders/Sun Spiders already ARE native in several States in the US.

Thankfully they don't grow to a very large size like the ones over in the Middle East.

  • they are in the U.S.....

  • pwnage

  • its amazing how little baby camel spiders are compared to how big the adults are

  • theres a vid of some giant cricket eating a camel spider.

  • that's a giant weta..

  • That spider is probably a juvenile. If you look in the beggining when the hand is under the bowl, you can see its not that big.

  • well it does say in the title "baby camel spider"

  • BABY?! I don't think so!

  • RATM rock

  • switch that "giant cricket" with a Jerusalem cricket and THEN tell me who'd win afterwards. you'd probably be surprised.

  • was dat? lol

  • that is one big cricket i would totaly like to have one of those lol still that camel is a beast go spider

  • That Cricket is cricket king, but damn.....

  • ...that is the cricket king

  • well it was the cricket king XD

  • Man, that Cricket stood NO chance at all.

  • that was a short fight... lol

  • awesome song, RATM kicks ass.

  • I had my money on the cricket

  • id like to see something beat the camel spider

  • A FUCKIN SCORPIAN WOULD LOL

  • ya theres a vid of the scorpion beeting it

  • Hate to that cricket,

  • that is a baby fuk mee man :P

  • they arent venomous, but their bite is gona hurt like a bitch

  • fuck camel spiders

  • that crickete just got ownd

  • wow if that' a baby, then wtf is a full grown adult?!

  • how big?

  • Dude you dont want a camel spider as a pet

  • Dude you dont want a camel spider as a pet

  • dude those things get fucking HUGE when they grow up

  • if your talking about the picture of them on the army no that was clever phototaking , see it on snopes

  • they can grow up to 6 inches, more commonly they are about 3 inches, pretty big but not as huge as people would make out

  • i saw a video on here where the camal spider was like as big as my dog ( she's a beagle so that sounds pretty reasonable)

  • Really? I heard 12 too 18 inches...

  • na, look them up, they're really not as monstrous as people are made to believe

  • i like the song! bombtrack!!!!!!!!

  • does a spider start to smell as a pet ? i want one

  • the camel spiders have big eyes O_o

  • camel spiders are scary beyond all reason but somehow cute.

  • that is one nasty lookin creature

  • that was no fight. the cricket had no chance.

  • It's fascinating how spiders get fond of you once you feed them.

  • Lol Feed a bunch of em and start an army xD

  • You could take over the world... :P

  • Rofl i got a picture of a camel spider, i dunno if its real or not but its creepy xD!

  • take over the world with spiders muahahaha

  • i accually tammed one of those fuckers!

i gave it a syrum every morning that calmed him down, then i can hold him in my hand with no worries. works on scorpians, snakes, and other smaller creatures.

  • What Rage Against the Machine song is this?

  • Bombtrack

  • Thanks.

  • OMG I HATE CAMEL SPIDERS there sooo f**king big and ahhhhhh

  • lol you should watch the camel spider vs potato bug on bug fights.

  • you mean the camel spider vs weta the huge cricket with enormous jaws? If is that waht you mean Unbravo I watched it. Weta crushed the camel spider...

  • OMG I HATE CAMEL SPIDERS there sooo f**king big and ahhhhhh

  • OWNED

  • Whenever camel spiders hear "Bombtrack" they mess up crickets. That's a scientific fact, look it up.

  • i feel like there crawlin all over me!!!!!

  • SCARY

  • WAAAAAAAAAA CRICKEY LOST

  • of course it has an apitite its a growing boy!

  • The "camel Spider" is not actually a spider for those of you who do not know. It is its own species. It ias also called the Sun Scorpion

  • shut up.

  • you're an idiot...you can't just step on them. You obviously have never seen or heard about them....those bastards CHASE YOU. They raise the front half of their body up and run after you, plus they can just like 5 feet straight up.

  • srsly? holy crap... maybe we should turn one of them human and put them in the olympics or something

  • So? When they're running at you, why dont you just kick them?

  • If I saw one of those spiders here in Texas (not saying that they live here) I'd capture it and use my MattGas torch on it.

If I didn't step on it.

  • By the time you saw it the spider would have attacked you, those things run fast at you.

  • Ya they are build for speed, they aren't actualy spiders but a different type of arachnid.

  • y do people post these vids wen the watchers alredy know who will win -.-

  • thats not a fight, thats just a cricket eating a spider

  • The Spider is eating the cricket!

  • wow... if hats the baby i dont wanna met the daddy!!

  • you can say that again! That is HUGE!

  • well then i definitive don't wanna meet the mom :P

  • i know right! it gets its size from the mom.the females are bigger than the males.HUGE!!!

  • espically dont wanna meet the mom on her period =0

  • kiil its rage

  • the spiders all like

AM NOM NOM NOM NOM NOM

  • LOL

  • thats a fucking baby!?!?!! holy fuck

  • It's a fucking beast, and makes me squirm. :[

  • i really hate spiders, and i hate camels the most. although their fighting style is kind of kool. and that was one huge butt cricket

  • -twitches- That cricket is disgusting.

  • and no comment about the spider? lol

  • deep down, aren't we all really just a camel toed spider

  • u call that a baby!

  • camel spiders are gross simple as!!!!!

  • Hurray for RATM and camel spiders!

  • why in the hell does people keep it as a pet!!??!!! INSSANEE!

  • cameltoe lol!

  • i've been bit by one and it was similar to some of the tinyscoorpions we have here, hurt real bad for a few minutes, then it just sorta diminished. also been bit by a black widow, kissing bug, ticks, crabs, ants, and occasionally a wolf spider. i live where they live so it's just part of life. still, even though it stings or hurts awhile it's not gonna kill anyone, not even close. well maybe a black widow but it didn't kill me just hurt alot, swelled, got sick. got it from meat bees ouch

  • were do u find camel spiders

  • They're found mostly in deserts around the world.

  • thanx

  • deserts or really arid and dry climates. midwest... bet you could find a few in colorado during the summer months.

  • that song in the background fuckin rocks!!!

  • Rage against the machine xD bombtrack

  • that song in the backgroung fuckin rocks!!!!

  • the only reason i knew that was cause it was on discovery channel. lol . but they apparently really are found feeding on camels that have already died, i havent heard of them actually killing them, but i have heard of them being able to kill a human.

  • " They do not carry any venom and could not kill a human. However, it is easy for a camel spider bite to get infected which could later lead to death if left untreated." lol. i forgot to mention if untreated. lol . oh, and there bite is apparently very painful

  • actually another reason they obtained that name, "camel spider" it was because they are usually found eating camels.

  • what a well built predator

  • they are kissing, how romantic

  • lol i wonder if it could bash a chicken :D

  • rage!!

  • mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

  • wel its pretty obvoius the cricket woud die

  • thats not a camel spider thats a wind scorpian

  • yeah but they just call it a camel spider

  • God, you're an idiot.

It's a Solfugid, commonly called both Whip*scorpoion, sunspider, or Camel Spider.

  • lol n yo an idiot 4 calln him an idiot.

He was right it is also a Wind** scorpion aswell as Camel spider, Sun spider. Whip scorpions r a difftype of arachnid "Uropugid"

  • it just tears that fucking cricket open!!

    lmao

  • man you can't call this video a vs. You should've named it "baby camel spider eating a giant cricket" cause this sucked.

  • those arn't poisonous they just have a huge mouth (that against a rhinocerous beetle would be a good fight) :D

  • if i ever go to th middle east i wont be scared of the terrorists i would be scared of the spiders

  • oh god, it's looking at me, my throat is exposed!!!!

  • man man that sucks. Of course this cricket got owned, man take a scorpion, than its fair

  • it's not really fair either, the scorpian has a hard exoskeleton and the c.s. doesn't after the thorax, the abdomin is soft... so, a western potatoe bug would be a better fight...

  • i saw a gaint cricket twice the size of the spider n dismembered it with its mandible he used his legs to pin it down

  • wel....i think i just shit myself....

  • yo that cricket got owned instantly lol thats a baby fuk me it huge
