The needles are a thin as a hair and can be bent into a full circle. So the chances of one breaking off are unlikely.

I do not think acupuncture is just a placebo, it is actually worse than one, and is more likely to cause harm through needles breaking, infection, and many other possibilities that can occur when penetrating the skin. This needs to be stopped immediately. This man shouldn't be putting needles into this man. A needle to deep, or one that breaks off can cause life threatening conditions. DONT ALLOW ACUPUNCTURE

@braedencowbrough They are single use needles, and if someone allows it to be sticked in him without sterilizing the sking with alcohol then that person deserves the infection, for his stupidity. You don't see religion getting banned for it's placeboo effects now do you?

@rageagaintstheNWO lol you're right in that sense, religion doesn't get banned for the placebo effect. This would more be along the lines of people not intelligent enough to know about these things. Not everyone has to know that isopropyl alcohol should be applied before penetration into the skin by a foreign body. There needs to be regulation for that. I know they are single use needles. I am more concerned that there are people seeking treatment for diseases (cancer) that aregettingthisinstead

Accupuncture is just another placebo, it helps relieve stress by releasing endorphins which inturn makes a person feel great, its been proven that no matter where you stick the needles it garners the same result the person feels better, i have no problem with it but really just call it what it is and dont feed us bs.

i think it does hurt, especiallly if u move when they are in! i got acupuncture in my lower back and im only 15 it is quite a weird sensation and i think it hurts!

There are many things that can "Help" you stop smoking. But the one deciding factor is yourself, and how much you want to stop. You won't find anything that will stop it for you, you will have to go through it by yourself.

It can help relieve you of an urge to have a cigarette, but it doesn't stop it completely. But yes, it really can help. You will of course still need a lot of willpower to completely stop altogether though.
