It took a while for G to get used to Milo, and although G is a v good rider...can I be 'outspoken'?? and say it was never quite the right partnership...its hard to admit thinking that, and it has nothing to do with what Grace is or her riding competance..just my opinion, however...she has 'raw talent' and it needed the right instructor (thanks Joe), and the right po(just love you so much Mr Si),!! to 'make it j right' Exp trainers see thro all of this, Grace you are amazing.

Yes, actually, you can easily ride with much, much, much too short stirrups, it's more of an artificial Band-Aid for bad leg position than an actual fix, but I do agree that many people ride with their stirrups a tad bit long.
Ah well, to each his own! :-) My point was just that if you have a bad leg, shortening your stirrups might help you develop more of a base of support, but only riding a ton and cross-training will help you develop the necessary leg muscles and strength for a REALLY quiet lower leg. But I do definitely see what you're saying!!

Things have not always been straightforward,... not so with Milo, thanks to experience and Jade, but with Si, yu have to ask yourself 'what is wrong' and get professional advice.. and do it early on...it may be somethig lil, and its then easy to move on.....

BSJA is a membership kind of club, which you pay an annual subscription to and this allows you to jump in their classes and you can win some big prize money. You can have classes as small as 70cm right up to about 1.60m.
i just wanted to say.. and i'm not bein mean , but when u had simon u used to do this thing wer u'd major fold a stride early and i'm sorry but it used to reali annoy me, but since u had milo and he had the stopping phase u sit up alot more on the last stride befor take of and i lyk it much more. i reali not bein mean, if i was i would have slated u befor but i only comment now i see its got betta . well done !

Things have not always been straightforward,... not so with Milo, thanks to experience and Jade, but with Si, yu have to ask yourself 'what is wrong' and get professional advice.. and do it early on...it may be somethig lil, and its then easy to move on.....

Yeah, I figured out what it stands for, but I'm not sure what it implies. Is that the top level of show jumping in Britain? Top rated shows?

BSJA is a membership kind of club, which you pay an annual subscription to and this allows you to jump in their classes and you can win some big prize money. You can have classes as small as 70cm right up to about 1.60m.

i just wanted to say.. and i'm not bein mean , but when u had simon u used to do this thing wer u'd major fold a stride early and i'm sorry but it used to reali annoy me, but since u had milo and he had the stopping phase u sit up alot more on the last stride befor take of and i lyk it much more. i reali not bein mean, if i was i would have slated u befor but i only comment now i see its got betta . well done !

ur a rly gr8 rider but i think u lean forward 2 much right before the jump...but thats just wat i think i dont exactly have the worlds best seat...:P LUV ur horses espescially the little grey pony they both have a nice jump in them...:)
