@fuduker1 Maybe he just had enough of the suffering, I suppose being in that situation sometimes letting go feels the best option for everyone, from an outsiders point of view I think he made the right choice because he had such a horrible strength of cancer even if he did survive it, it would of been a long time of suffering.
