Actually the car uses a stock 370Z 5 speed with no autoblipping feature. All the blips you hear are done by yours truly.
Power is in the development phase and although we're still a bit down, the future looks promising. AM Performance and Nissan won't quit until its competative.
It's a great car and also does very well in T2 in the SCCA which is a completly different animal than what you see here and far from a ALMS car. I suggest contacting AM to get a head start.
Nice laps; the car must be very fun to drive, it looks very balanced.
Are you using a dog box? Was the autoblip of any use in racing applications or was the transmission entirely reworked? I am extremely interested in building one of these to race; I would like to campaign it in the ALMS but I think even a raced prepared Nismo would be would be underpowered.
