  • Wow, that father looks like he did a lot of drugs. He's got that "I love pot" look going on.

  • look at his hand with the cards it held the bottom half of lugia

  • Its not Arc-eus its Ark-eus.

  • is that a legend

  • I wish you would catch them all. And by them all I mean every single disease known to man so you can die a slow painful death you piece of shit kid.

  • Wow tell that kid to stop adding into every other sentence, he doesn't know what the hell he's talking about.

Also, thanks for making me hate Pokemon.

  • best tcg!!!!!

  • no pokemon is not just cards, its games cards figures plush toys anime and lots lots more

  • grown ups play pokemon too you know.

  • I remember playing this way back when when i was into CCG's. Good review, Hayden. I hope my little 3 year old grows up to be an awesome gamer just like you! :)

  • Sweeet Thanks for showing me how to play, I remember when i was a kid i used to pretend to know how to play and say if I win i get to keep 10 of your cards they would agree and i would one hit or two hit ko all of them >:)

  • Great review Hayden. It looks like a fun game. CCGs are usually great games, but dang are they money pits. Have fun with it Hayden.

  • I play with the kids. We all use the same pool of cards, becuase I buy there is no such thing as "It all comes down to who has the most money ".

I've bought Magic cards and will play the same way with them. we will all draft or build from the same resource.

  • I played Pokemon TCG when it was brand new. Played it for a year but then the game become too childish for my age.

I follow it from time to time to keep up with the new editions but from what I understand its a VERY unfair game because some monsters are just super strong and some are terrible.

It all comes down to who has the most money and I dont like it =/ But maybe thats a common theme for trading card games.

  • @Wakka12321 I actually have played competitively off and on since the start of pokemon. I really think that the Pokemon community is great about people helping one another, whether it is with building decks or borrowing cards. This is great in knocking down the price tags of competitive decks. And once you start winning you will given a ton of cards as prize support, so I have spent next to no money and have gotten to travel the country while making scholarships for my college education.

  • @hypereevee But still, what are the benefits of for example trying to evolve your pokemons 2 times, to get a Venusaur for example, when you can get Lugia in a shorter time (or any other uber strong pokemon)?
