I would love to see you do a tutorial/review/hairstyle using your conair hot rollers, I know you use them a lot for texture but it would be nice to know how you might use them for an everyday look using only the rollers. You have done many curling tutorials but it would be interesting to see if you could do a similar effect with hot rollers? For those of us that would like to use hot rollers as a quicker method or if like me are horrible with curling irons. ;) <3 your videos btw.

@pbandjay05 I really like the spin pins, but i find they work best in wet/damp hair.  My hair is also very thick and super long (to my hips) I used about 20 regular bobby pins and 2 spin pins for this look and it eventually stayed where i put it, i just had to make the roll tighter

I did a version of this at work yesterday. My hair is super long and hella thick. It came out awsome, eventually. I had to redo it a few times since my hair is so heavy, it kept falling. I had to make the roll super tight to hold it all in. One of the guys told me i looked like the Black Dahlia lol dont know if thats good or bad.  I"m sure this is one I'll wear again. I love all your updos and i wear them alot.

i feel like a dummy or maybe i'm not using enough bobby pins or my hair isn't meant for bobby pins, but they NEVER seem to stay in place. i have reeeeeally thick hair, and by like hour three of me putting bobby pins in, they start to slip out. any suggestions (from anyone really!) is there a brand that's better or a type of bobby pin that's better? thank you!

@pbandjay05 I always had problems with bobby pins staying in too, and I've found a type of jumbo bobby pin that works pretty well - they show more easily since they're so big, but they do a better job of holding heavy hair in place. Anyways, the brand is Goody, and they come in 18 packs. Hope that helps!
