I very much enjoyed watching this video. It's great to see that some people do actually focus on actual technique, rather than following a fixed routine.
Did I actually find a real Mantis sparing video? I think I did. Very nice display of mantis skill. I wish more people traind their art and not just become sloppy kickboxers when they fight.
