Great video, Ms. Janie. YouTube is a great tool, but it can become a problem if you let it. Slow weight loss is just as successful (if not more) than someone who loses really fast. It gives you time to adjust. Of course, we all want it fast and want it now! Thanks for this video.....I needed to hear it, too!!

Bravo!! Another great video Janie. You are so right when you say youtube is JUST youtube. It has the power to lift us up, motivate and educate us. But it also has the ability to tear us down and make us feel like we are "Less" than others.Connie is doing it all right.it has been slow but I believe those pounds that she has been fighting for will be gone FOREVER!
