Awfully laid-off and flat at the top, then too much of a swing across the body through impact and to the finish (although I know some hardcore one-planers would disagree). The swing ought to be a blend of club swinging from hands and arms swinging hands from shoulders, with body rotation complementing and supporting rather than pushing the action so hard. See if you can feel a true swinging action, and listen to what that tells your body to do.
Also, your lower body could move a little better at the beginning of the downswing, although you wouldn't want to get overemphatic or loose with it. Think of how your lower body would move--without your thinking of it or trying to make anything happen on purpose--if you simply tried to throw a golf ball about 80 yards, 20 yards, 110 yards, etc. It would move in proportion to whatever it needed to do to support the swinging or throwing motion of the arm and the release of the ball by the hand.
okay...that was rude. Not bad but a bit quick and seems like you are using your arms too much instead of your body.

get a local pro and work on it.hold the club little higher and i think you are hunching over the ball. You also have a two swing plane
its not that good but if you are doing well with it keep it. and also stand more comfortably
