Officially Germany and Estonia have never been at war, in 1941, it was true that German army invaded in Estonia, but Estonia that time was already occupied by the Soviets. Officially Germany and Estonia were allies (treaty wich was signed in 1939 with Estonia and Germany), so where the first Germans appeared in Estonia, estonians welcomed them and helped them as much they could to push Soviets out from Estonia. Estonian particans were supplied by the German army by weapons, food, and ammo.

@StopNaziCroatia I do not support nazis. I support noone who occupied our country. Most of the people just support them because they didn't do as much harm as the communists (mostly). We were allowed to choose between bad and the worst, so naturally we chose the bad. I'm not saying anything about your reply, everyone is allowed to say something, but I (and a lot of the other Estonians) do not support any occupants.

@paolosilv Yeah 10.000 jews a day in each camp right? Multiply that with 365 and you get around 3.000.000 killed in just one camp for one year and how many camps were there? Suddenly you get numbers around 100 million dead if you multiply the claim that 10.000 were killed each day for four years in several camps. The numbers do not add up. There were around 4 to 5 million jews in the whole of Europe pre WWII.

@wijse They did not gas 10,000 Jews in each camp per day. There were death camps and there were concentration camps. Auschwitz was used for both purposes. The mass murders in the camps began on Dec 8 1941, Chelmno.
