The single however has been sold worldwide about 2 million times. Even these days, 30 years later, people still remember this song and ask him to perform it once more...

Dutch radio-DJ and critic Felix Meurders said in his column in a Dutch popmagazine that Ouwens was making money of Elvis's death. Eddy Ouwens went to court and wins, the magazine has to appologise on the front page.

The song is by 'Danny Mirror', who's actual name is Eddy Ouwens. He's a record producer and composer with his own recordcompany. When he hears the news about Elvis on the radio in '77 he got very emotional. He was right in the middle of a recording session with the band Teach-In, took a break, sat down behind the piano and wrote this song.
