The dumb part about that is that the 'brains behind Negima' is Ken Akamatsu, who was mostly active in Xebec's version of Negima. Shaft's version of Negima is the one associated with Pani-Poni-Dash, and America supposedly isn't 'exposed' to that version X_x

I have a question. The trailer refers to Rei as a "heather". I've looked up ADV's website, and that's not a Western name they're sticking in place of Rei (good move, in my opinion). Instead, it's a noun. However, I can't find a definition anywhere. Can someone help?

"Heathers" was a movie of 1989, and 3 of the main characters were all girls named Heather... they were the popular mean girls. So a "Heather" is a cruel popular chick who is worshiped and despised at the same time. Weird that the dub used that term, it's pretty old =p
