some countries do not allow women to show their stomach areas. but most of those countries dont allow women to show their legs either. she may not have felt like changing that night. but i like the opening outfit better anyways!

let me explain this a little better. there was a country that Beyonce was going to make a stop in, but the leaders of the country had set fierce rules to her about her clothing. Neither she or anyone on stage was allowed to wear anything above the knees, and no stomach, chest, or sholder areas could be revealved. Beyonce was told she would face serious punishments if the rules were ignored. she was going to redo the entire wordrobe, but she ended up cancelling that show. Thats what i meant!
