or.... you could do monkey madness and the prequests, get 38 attack, proceed with getting adamant gloves, and complete mountain daughter if you want to get over 12 prayer.

A good idea is instead of doing rock crabs, do fleshies, it's the almost the same ammount of xp, no cannon noobs, and about 200k/hr.

2/5 because you title is misleading! and actual "G maul Pure Guide" would be one telling Armors & wepons to use, Quests to complete aswell as range, prayer...this is more of a where to train combat with a maul pure guide...
