No. Not only are there genetic markers that can identify racial groups but ethnic groups within a racial group. The Iranians gave birth to the Europeans and Indians. The Europeans are from an ancient Iranian tribe called the Kaschu(fair eyed, fair face). Iran means Aryan. Katrina didn't even hit New Orleans as hard as it hit elsewhere, nor as hard as storms like Rita and Gustav have hit other parts of Louisiana recently. He is right that the biggest cause of the size of the catastrophe was the failure of the levees and of leadership in the immediate time before it and the aftermath.

As you noted, he was referring to the Louisiana government corruption that ranked the state 50th in the integrity list, as well as the failed levies. He never said the storms didn't cause problems. And it's more than obvious he's not a "fuckin moran!" He may have a political philosophy I don't share, but I respect his intelligence.

If the federal government and state governments would have done their jobs and prepared better levees, New Orleans wouldn't have been sunk. He's right! Storms come and go, it's OUR (Govt. and citizens) job to be prepared. Jindal has articulated this better than anyone else. This guy is brilliant.

This guy, once a Rhode Scholar, already had more accomplishments in both public & private sectors than Obama ever did. He was president of LSU system while Obama was just a lecturer at Chicago. Also unlike Obama, Jindal has held various executive (and legislative) positions including governor of LA. A real interlectual and practical pathfinder / problem solver.

University of Louisiana, not LSU. He had that job in his mid-20s and was head of Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals before that. He was an advisor for Fortune 500 companies before that. And all of that was over a decade ago. He's done a lot since, and he's only 37.
