  • Hey awesome job as a girl joker!!!! One of the best costume and make-up jobs of the joker I've seen!!! Rock on!!! ;))))

What track from the soundtrack is this btw????

  • Thanks for the comment chan!

Oh, and the song is track #8 :)

  • You're very welcome, and thanks! I'll have to download it! ;)

  • Wow. Awesome

  • The socks :)

  • Nope, got it at Goodwill actually. Awesome find!

  • From what I've heard, no, they're not going to. Your best bet would be to look for the stuff on eBay.

  • I'm not entirely sure, but I would think they will keep it running for a few months minimum.

  • January 23, 2009. It will get a re-release in both regular theaters and IMAX.

  • That's a great Joker costume; I wish I knew about your tutorial before I did my Joker costume. I couldn't get the smearing grunge & black eyes to my likeness.

I don't think you talked about how to get the green hair though. I used a Green Hairspray that I picked up at a novelty store; it was the only way to get my black hair green without permanent means of bleaching and dying.

P.S. - As somebody else commented in your tutorial, you have a great voice for instructional videos! =)

  • Thank you for the comment Blitz! I hope you found my tutorial handy though for future use!

As for my hair, I use two things. Disguise Stix in martian green and a green temp hairspray. I found those two colors did the best job for covering my rather dark brown hair! That and they gave it a highlighted effect!

little known fact... At one time I might have been that voice you heard while shopping in your favorite retail store. That's right, I used to voice PA ads!

  • I guess voice work wasn't that lucrative? Too bad, you have a great voice for it. =)

  • Living in NW Ohio, the offers don't come by all that often, but when they do, I'm more than happy to lend my voice!

  • Oh my, you made an awesome and hot joker! You have the body language down pat for this character. Can you do the voice as well?

  • * blush *... why thank you! Honestly, I can not for the life of me get my voice that low, but I have his speech pattern down. I may end up posting a video of me actually reciting some lines from the movie, so keep an eye out for it.

  • I look forward to seeing it if you put it up! I went as Poison Ivy this year and our whole group chose other villains. The hardest part was sculpting Joker's scars out of liquid latex. No videos of our night taking over the club, but all the pics are over at facebook.

  • Love you at 1:09

  • Keli you rocked it so hard girl! Awesome doesn't even begin to cover it. Loving 2:13, loving 1:42, loooooving that strange sadness that you brought to 2:29, and damn, I love the video. You got all those twitchy little movements going on and you really nailed the delicious things he does with his mouth lol. Cannot. Praise. Enough.

  • Costume is amazing. Song is awesome. Epic win.

    Can't wait to see Tonks!

  • Absolutely awesome, you must have had a load of fun doing this. I agree with the person above... the pic at2.13.. with you looking through the gate is brilliant!

I also loved the video, and the soundtrack was perfect!

  • Great Vid :) my fav pic is at 2:13, looks like your behind a iron gate or something, yea im still thinking about what my project will be for next year, oh well at least we had a great time at this didnt we :)

All your effort on this project really shows through in the pics.

  • Thanks a bunch for commenting Clint! The picture at 2:13 is my favorite as well... and that iron gate is actually standing in my living room in front of my window! It's one of my favorite things in my house! My project for next year is Tonks from Harry Potter, but I'm sure The Joker will weasel his way into Halloween next year too!
