Ads are PPC revenue meaning that whenever someone clicks the ad that is being shown,that ad placement generates a certain amount of revenue (aka cash). Without the PPC ads, the companies don't make money from the series and it would be the same as stealing them. So, basically, ads allow the companies to stream us free videos ,while at the same time, get paid.
