The 3rd movement you speak of is the original piece of which this is remixed off of then put into the game called Pump it Up. If you actually listen to 3rd movement you can tell there's only one or two parts that match, it's much different than the original you know.
Thus, it is Beethoven Virus, inspired from the 3rd Movement of the Sonate Pathetique.
