Very good.. I will suggest you this: try to put a flat rotary actuator on the platform where you installed the arms... then install the arms there. This new mechanism will allow to make turns 360 degrees... it will give more versatility to the arms ... while the lower platform will provide the electricity and control movements for the legs and lower body ... then during robot fights just play up and down with the legs and make the arms rotate 360 º it will allow you to win...
