When I am visiting Ukriane or spending my summers in Moldova these Vodka drunks are at almost every street corner or on a bench even as early as 8:30 am all Vodka juiced up for their day ahead .

Its always the Russian men you will see behaving the worst so drunk on Vodka all day long .
