Il talento da solo non basta, se non c'è anche un serio impegno professionale.Tyson,molto più dotato di Lennox Lewis, a 24 anni era già finito, mentre Lewis a 38 anni era ancora campione del mondo; però Lewis sì è sempre comportato da serio professionista, per esempio 3 mesi prima di un incontro andava in ritiro.Se Tyson avesse avuto un tale comportamento avrebbe sicuramente battuto il record di 49 vittorie consecutive di Marciano.
