I did this and mine turned out really nice, I use it as a desk chair, and I found that if you roll up a scarf it works well as a cushion too.

I tried this... The pillow case was too big, and my shirt was way too small, so i covered it in different oragami papers. Then I bundeled up two shirts and stuck them in the in the middle. It looks really good this way. My sister did it the other way, and it is more loungy!

I made this! It is adorable! My friend and I did it at a sleepover. I better start liking oatmeal! I am making an ottoman out of a mini oatmeal can. I only did this because AG dolls can't bend their legs and don't sit as well. The ottoman will help keep them level!

For those looking for substitutes for the oatmeal container, there's the round soft plastic jar that Ovaltine comes in (we use a lot of that at our house) -- careful when cutting that one -- or a large styrofoam cup (you may need to add something in or around the base to help stabilize it). Oh, and also the cardboard "can" from frozen orange juice concentrate. Just use your imagination; like MyFroggyStuff says, use whatever you have and improvise.
