A local fast food outlet near me recently had an incident occur involving this kind of crap, a drive thru worker was injured when a customer pulled this prank and abruptly sped off. The workers arm was dislocated at the elbow due to being caught between the edge of the service window and the cars side window. Wonderful stuff.
