  • i am glad that there are people like you around fighting for are rights

  • I can appreciate showing solidarity with kids whose lemonade stands were shut down, and your obnoxious douchebaggy tactics might even be tolerable to watch had you gone after someone who actually had something to do with these cases, but what does some farmers' market have to do with it? Maybe you were within your rights to cause a disturbance but to target some little market that had nothing to do with lemonade stands comes off as malicious and petty, and completely ineffective.

  • Recording video in public is NOT a crime the last time I czeched. Ever heard of Article 1 of The Bill of Rights, a.k.a The First Amendment of THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION?

  • Clearly the individual who videotaped this has absolutely no ethics in regards local businesses and farmers. He also has zero respect for the members of the farmers' market. (@gettheredone "farmers'" IS punctuated correctly as there is more than ONE farmer at the market. - try going back to your high school English class, maybe you will learn something.)

Setting up ANY "stand" without at least having the respect for the other members TAKES AWAY from what they PAY FOR.

    Get a life.

  • PWNGE!

  • AMAZING

  • Stick your concord farmers market in your ear buddy,I'm fighting for your rights Moron!!!

  • you need video backup from another person

  • Casey anthony murders her daughter and get's away with it,michael vick's cousin fight's dogs and he get's convicted of it,OSCAR GRANT is held down by 4 cops, while handcuffed and is innocently executed in cold blood....he was a young father, now his daughter will grow up without a father, the cop who murdered him get's less than 2 years in prison....you can't tell me shit about jusitce or peace in this country....if they are going to take your rights away, might as well shoot first, they do.

  • Ha! I knew I recognized that dumb pig from the RidleyReport video. Great job capturing a second instance of this idiot pig conspiring to transgress a natural right and legal right. It will be very useful to show a pattern of behaviour once the abuse under color of law litigation gets under way.

  • Nicely done!

I admire and respect your courage to stand alone on this so calmly and, above ALL, peacefully.

    You are an inspirational

  • @5:20 - C-C-C-C-C COMBO BREAKER !

  • One can only assume that selling lemonade on the street are against the broader plans of a New World Order. Your protest was exceptional and intelligently done.

The intimidation used against you for such a small act of civil liberty, just highlights what it will be like when people start to protest for bigger acts of civil liberty. Well made and a nice piece of street journalism.

  • you are such a faggot!!! find something to do with your life !!

  • He seems to be expelling inanimate objects from the Farmers association at the end, it was a hot day.

Both Mr. Authority and the cop were having tantrums when their will was questioned. Their need to always appear to be in charge and have the upper hand regardless of any rule of law is the behaviour of criminals. Their ignorance of the law is incompetence and a clear dereliction of duty by the guy in the cop costume. Minimum wage security guards know the law better and are more composed.

  • Also I'd like to that man is very childish for posting that sign. That is about the only thing he could do. In other words he was defeated and at last resort, posted a childish sign to try and win. But here is where it's an epic fail. <D Freedom~!

  • Freedom to the people~! Power to the US Citizens~! We have a right to protest the stupidity of the gernment~! UNITED WE STAND~! <D

  • Pig is aware of the law,so it would be false arrest.Sold him self out, lol!

  • This is a gross misrepresentation of this issue. This is a farmer's market meaning he probably could sell lemonade if he applied for a permit to be at the market in the first place. He is illegally soliciting his wares at an event that was set up by others to sell. If you own a business would you allow someone to set up shop in front of your store front? This is not the same as a kid setting up a stand in front of his house being shut down. This is a non issue being blown up into wat its not

  • @Kenbird1 They could sue him for his profits if your bullshit were true.

  • @Kenbird1 Oh wow I'm sorry Kenny, having looked at your channel. I didn't realise you were a special friend of magic jesus. Hey stop crying, kumbaya my lord cum boy ahhhh or whatever way that goes. Your over fondness for being on your knees and obeying men in dresses has destroyed your mind. Please get some help but until then realise that because you believe in magic and fairies and pixie dust you're not really firing on all cylinders so leave the grown up talk to grown ups. Attaboy.

  • @nilbud What does my faith in your creator and mine have to do with this issue? It is obvious that this was not an example of what it claimed to be but rather just some guy who tried to pull an arrogant stunt for some publicity. It is very plain to see that he was at a farmer's market that required membership and a permit to sell at that particular function and I find it rather amusing that all this video accomplished is further damaging any legitimate credibility that this issue may have.

  • Question 1: "Officer, do you know who you are?" (Is he a "Public" servant or "Private" contractor?)

Question 2: "Officer, do you know where you are?" (Is this a "Public" or "Private" setting?)

Question 3: "Officer, do you know what you are doing?" (What exactly are his intentions?)

  • What a peter-puffer! Our tax dollars pay for the streets asshole!!! We all have a right to be there, and do what we want too!!! Not only the wealthy have any rights, whether you are president of this or that, even the poor and what is left of the middle class still have some rights left!!!

  • good for you!

  • Nice smart way to confront a douche bag president haha!

  • Get some shirts made and I'll buy one.

  • Love it! Great Job! The power of knowledge used correctly will often produce the desired results. Way to stick to your principles! Keep up the good work...I look forward to other videos showing how to correctly stand up for your rights! Go Team! Peace.

  • @hopenchrist777 And what did he accomplish in all of this, did anyone at the farmers' market have the slightest thing to do with kids not being able to sell lemonade on their front lawn? No, all he did was cause a scene at some random little farmers' market and invite a bunch of name calling on youtube towards some target that nobody should even care about.

  • Blasdell must be Barney Franks Butt Buddy. What a GREADY imbecile Blasdell is.

  • Excellent. Great training video for all.

  • all i can say is how PATHETIC!!!! is this really what America has come to? come on people, WAKE-UP, STAND-UP and SPEAK-UP!!!!!!!

  • well all parties are correct on some level including the cop...who knows what the kid could be really giving away for free..for some people all we know is it could be some type of sick prank that could harm others and also it could be a a code compliance drink..you do need a permit for these reasons..cop was being nice but was also being correctly told about the law about public recording & not wiretapping...the owner was thinking business wise and if you don't rent you don't use "my" street

  • good job ' Bravo..............................

  • OOPS!

    Name: Steven Blasdell

    Phone: 603-753-4799

    Website: Concord Farmers' Market

    Capitol street

    Concord, NH

  • After thinking about it... With the brutal summer we've been having in Dallas, there would have been extra filming. By the local news outlets. You would be a hero for giving refreshment in the relentless 100F + weather!

  • America, land of the free... But not free lemonade! Good work guy! :o)

  • Lol 8:14 what a douche! You sure made him look like a fool, you should have charged him with assault when the police showed up.

  • So wait how does someone own a public street? It's paid for with tax dollars. This is absurd. Whatever happened to live free or die?

  • Loser can barely run a lemonade stand.

  • Excellent job my friend!

Concerning near the end of the video.......once again the police wallow in their ignorance of the law, and tend to use that ignorance to intimidate, harasses, threaten, and conduct violence on otherwise innocent and peaceful persons.

The town Constables of just a few short generations ago would be appalled - at both the police AND the "pseudobureaucrat."

  • This loser has nothing better to do? Farmer's Market vendors PAY to have thier booths set up. Another idiot looking for their 15 nminutes (or in his cas 15 seconds) of fame.

  • rscalzo40 wrote: "This loser has nothing better to do?"

    1. He is an activist (this should be obvious) and these are the kind of things he does

    2. He didn't harm a fly

    3. He didn't do ANYTHING illegal (even according to the police AND the usually asinine local "municipal code/s")

    4. He wasn't engaging in commerce, as he didn't charge anything for his lemonade, and therefore the pseudobureaucrat's threats and hissy fit were completely uncalled for and quite childish

    5. He remained calm

  • @rscalzo40 Your an idiot

  • UPVOTE THIS FOR GRAET JUSTICE: If you would like to apply to open a lemonade stand or otherwise register a valid business enquiry, Steven Blasdell of the Concord Farmers' Market (he owns the street) can be reached at 603-753-4799.

  • Awesome.

  • You have a good legal case for having suffered an assault. The assailant believes an assault requires PHYSICAL CONTACT --that is false, and it is a very widely held misconception. All that is legally required for a person to have a valid legal claim of having suffered an assault is a reasonable BELIEF that he was in danger of immediate harm --nothing more. The film --which he acknowelged & interfered with-- confirms that HE is the unreasonable one. My bed is you'dHaveProBonoRepresentation.

  • @blondecrazygaijin I would pursue it, depending on your level of frustration.

  • When I saw the president who "owned" the street because they rented its use post the "NOT A MEMBER OF THE FARMER'S MARKET" sign I guffawed so loudly

  • You wannabe in the Farmer's market, you rent a spot. You wanna watch a movie, you buy a ticket.

  • @Wilbur665 He wasn't selling anything. That street is not private property. It belongs to the city which is composed of the citizens. That is why it is considered public property and no individual has the right to tell you to leave.

  • @Wilbur665 A movie theater is a private venue. The street, is public. The Farmer's Market don't lease the street, only the right to set up stalls on that street. Nice conflation btw tard.

  • You were trespassing at the Farmer's Market. Douchebag!

  • @Wilbur665 Trespassing in a public place? Egads!

  • @Wilbur665 you are also an idiot

  • You were a douche plain and simple. The person running the Farmer's market asked you to leave and was polite, you decided you were not going to leave and acted like an asshole just to make a point. The cop was also very nice to you, the only thing you did here is making you look like a douche.

  • @KalimaShaktide Run along now and do whatever the nice authoritarian tells you like a good little sheeple, whether it suppresses your rights or not.

  • @KalimaShaktide your an idiot

  • That sign post is not a member? Unheard of!

  • It's interesting how police always seem so disinterested in the laws in which they are employed to 'enforce'.

  • Nicely done sir, professional and pleasant through and through. One small step for lemons....one giant leap for freedom.

  • Nice. You showed the guys how it works. Sad that you had to do it though since they are supposed to know it already.

  • Way to keep your cool.

  • This may be your best video yet, Garret.

  • "my street"

  • Mr. Blasdell is going to be seen by all who know him as what he really is. A tyrant!

  • Nice job, man! You made that cop look like a complete idiot.
