  • When you shrug you pull the weight UP, he was pushing DOWN, so it works a whole lot of different muscles, you see? Once your elbows are in lockout, I think it's mainly the shoulders.

  • Man I went to the gym today and did some of those upside down push-ups for the 1st time and did like sets of 10 too which blew my mind. I had my feet like on the wall cause im in the beginning stage of the process but I was still up vertical so I was proud of that. Here I come!!!!!

    and then grab the pull-up bar and do alot of leg raises......

  • Yeah I was doing sets of like 10...way deep too:) I was doing those and then I hit some different pull-ups and then jump rope for 2 mins. I did like 7 or 8 rounds of that
