sir pls help me i have problem on my 125cc i lost my timing gear.. where i can buy spare? or if anyone have spare im willing to buy it and ship it.. i pay for the shipping.. by the way my timing gear is 16teeth.. my engine looks like yours.. tnx..

because the cam gear got 31 teeth on a 110 and 125cc

@nhezrell and what kind of 125 you got? same head as mine or with the screwable honda type valve cover those dont have the same cam gear as the real 125 and 140s have

mate if i pull the heads off my bike. i need to take off timing chain. not sure if it just a throw away after that or what help me

how did u time the engine?

@BODYAS2000 there an old way to do it u rotate the piston till its top dead center

I have a little different clutch on my 110 but I put the lock nut on then the washer then the nut and I'll kick start it but every time I put it in gear the nut backs off.. Suggestions
